Grove Terms of Use

By using Grove, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
The Service
Grove is a wellness and entertainment app that uses step-count information to power virtual goals and trees. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or guaranteed health outcomes. Consult a qualified professional about health decisions.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and device. Provide accurate recovery information and contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Password accounts do not use email recovery. Support may require an in-app recovery request and will never ask for your existing password.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse Grove, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected service components except where law permits, or use Grove to violate law or others' rights.
Availability and Changes
Features may change, be suspended, or become unavailable. Synchronization, Health access, and notifications depend on Apple, network, device, and cloud services and are not guaranteed to be immediate or error-free.
Ownership
Grove and its software, visual designs, and content are owned by their respective rights holders. You retain rights in information you provide, and grant Grove the limited rights needed to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Grove is provided "as is" and without warranties. Grove is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and Contact
You may stop using Grove or delete your account. Grove may restrict abusive or unlawful use. Questions may be submitted through Grove Support.
